Job Description:
This position (with support from additional staff) is responsible for the nurturing and aesthetics of all plant material on this heavily planted, mature 5-acre lot, located in Fairfax Station, VA. Responsible for increasing the diversity of materials planted and will be responsible to set daily, weekly and monthly goals for the team. This position is full-time and offers a benefits package. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Applicant must be able to perform physical labor in all weather conditions and work independently.
