Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Qualifications
- Active real estate license in Idaho
- At minimum 2-3 years of industry sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and activity in your community
- Continued focus on education and growth
Duties
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the transaction process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and neighborhood developments.
- Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance in all transactions.
- Manage property listings by creating compelling advertisements and marketing materials to attract potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing client concerns throughout the buying or selling process.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, client communications, and property management activities.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills to advocate effectively for clients’ interests.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law is essential.
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions including documentation and record keeping.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele.
- Strong understanding of market trends to provide informed advice to clients regarding their real estate decisions.
